Can I return my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it up to 14 days from the date that you received it for a full refund. The below conditions must be met:

  • The eyewear is unworn and in brand new condition.
  • You have emailed with your name, order number and reason for return to begin the returns process.
  • The eyewear and all associated items (cleaning cloth, case etc.) are securely returned in the original packaging. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the refund.
  • Proof of delivery is obtained from the Post Office when the item is dropped off. Any lost packages which do not have proof of delivery cannot be refunded.

How do I return my purchase?

Please send an email to with your name, order number and reason for return. We will send you either a Royal Mail label which you can print out at home, or a QR code which can be scanned by the Post Office from your mobile phone. Drop off your parcel at the Post Office and request a proof of delivery. Keep hold of the proof of delivery until we confirm that we have received your return.

How much does it cost to send the return?

Returns are free.

When will I receive my refund?

When we process your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund via the original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days for the funds to reach your account.
